(More customer reviews)I was suprised when I received the products in an unsealed package. However all the bottles were there so I just went ahead and use them. When I used the pre-shampoo and shampoo I noticed leakage from the bottom of the bottles. After checking the bottles carefully I saw a tiny hole at the bottom of each bottle. It looked like someone used a syringe to inject the products in the bottles. I just tossed everything away without using it.
I'm so disappointed that someone would try to cheat people like this. Hope Amazon will review this and take appropriate steps to prevent this from happening again.
