(More customer reviews)im a 21 yr old guy with very thick curly coarse hair. I'm talking really thick, like a horse or a dog. I've gone to expensive high end hair salons for them to "fix" my problem and suggest what I should do, but still did not fix the problem. I've purchased countless $$$hair products which never really worked. I've had my hair thinned out with thinning shears (which did little for my problem). I've relaxed it, straight ironed it, you name it!. People, including stylist told me that i would just have to keep it really short and there wasn't really a fix.. but i never gave up, so i tried this Joico Silk Result Duo for THick/Coarse hair. And the first nite i tried it, it felt smoother and thinner. I've only used it once,but as far as I know, it did make a difference. FYI- I have spanish/italian hair Not african type.
