(More customer reviews)I have damaged my hair so much from over-dying over the years.I didn't think there was anything that could help - and I have tried so many different conditioners.Joico K-PAK Deep-Penetrating Reconstructor has done what no other conditioner had - it made my hair soft again.Directions say to leave it in for five minutes and that is enough time, but the longer you leave it in, the softer your hair will be.This is not an over night cure.It took about a month for my hair to really start to show some decent improvement.
